Inherently good

Inherently good is a conceptual and research-based design project that examines the connection between humans and animals. It offers emotional, critical, and human-centered perspectives.
The project includes both a printed catalog and a digital presentation. It is inspired by the work of three influential artists: Steve McCurry, Flora Borsi, and Frida Kahlo . It also offers a personal interpretation of John Berger’s well-known essay "Why Look at Animals?"

The main goal of the project is to challenge the way we perceive animals. It invites us to see them not only as external beings but also as reflections of ourselves.
Themes such as identity, trauma, loneliness, community, and culture are explored throughout the catalog.
By combining text, photography, fine art, and tactile design, the project invites the viewer to think about the invisible boundaries between humans and animals, and what those boundaries say about us as a society.
